Andrew, from the Milk Dippers 4-H Club, won third place in the state in the NY Farm Bureau Youth Scholarship contest. Andrew first won at the district level and then wrote an essay on “If you had the power to change something in your community or on your farm what would you change and why?” to compete for state awards.
